Oude Geuze Oud Beersel – Reborn (37.5cl) is a limited anniversary blend celebrating 20 years since the reopening of Oud Beersel. Reborn was shaped through shared tastings and collective selection—an collaboration centred on the art of blending, driven by a passion for lambic and the pursuit of one distinctive, elegant Oude Geuze.
This blend is built around lambic with a pronounced vanilla note from Demi-Muids (630 L), refined and lifted by younger lambic from Oude Pijpen (650 L). That combination brings extra character: the younger lambic from the pijpen adds tension and depth to the more refined demi-muids base. The result is Reborn—a pure, layered Oude Geuze made to celebrate, to share, and to carry lambic tradition and craftsmanship further.
