BZART Ciderlambiek originates from the merger of two glorious traditions i.e. the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ (traditional method) for sparkling wines and the spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers and Ciders.

First-time release. Blend of 60% Lambic and 40% cider as base. Otherwise, the same steps were followed as for the BZART Lambiek 2023, i.e. addition of ‘liqueur de tirage’, then ‘remuage’ and ‘dégorgement’, and no addition of ‘liqueur d’expédition’.
