This barrel aged beer serves as a basis for the production of Bersalis Tripel Oak Aged.
It is based on our Bersalis Tripel fermented once on stainless steel, and now fermented a second time spontaneously on wooden barrels, mainly by Pediococcus and Brettanomyces. The Bersalis Barrel Reserve matures for at least 18 monts on small and big barrels and is blended to the taste of the brewmaster.
