This Oude Geuze is made from 2-year-old Lambic that matured for 18 months on calvados casks. The wood contributes recognizable Calvados notes of apple, peel and a hint of pear, supported by a fine oak structure that frames the fresh acidity. The finish remains clean, dry and refreshing.
